After selecting your trip and filling in the booking information, you can choose the payment method that is convenient for you as follows:
After selecting your trip and confirming the booking, you will be redirected to a secure payment page to enter your credit or debit card details. Once the payment is completed successfully, the system will redirect you back to the booking page and display a “Payment Successful” status. You will then see the “Booking Details” page with the booking status marked as “Confirmed”.
Note: Please ensure that your card is activated for online payments.
Important: Please keep your payment proof until your booking is confirmed (you can check this on the Manage Booking page or via email/SMS notifications if available).
When choosing QR Code payment, the system will display a QR Code for payment with a 15-minute time limit. If the payment is completed within the time limit, you will be redirected to the “Booking Details” page with the status shown as “Confirmed”.
Note: Please make sure the booking details and payment amount are correct, and complete the payment within the time limit.
Important: If the time expires before payment is completed, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and you can start a new payment process.
When selecting Mobile Banking, the system will redirect you to your banking application to complete the payment. After a successful transaction, you will be redirected to the “Booking Details” page with the booking status shown as “Confirmed”.
Note: Currently, only KBank (Kasikornbank) Mobile Banking is supported.
Important: If the payment is not completed within the time limit, the transaction will be automatically cancelled, allowing you to try again.
When choosing Counter Service payment, the system will display a QR Code or Barcode for payment. Please take the QR Code or booking page to a Counter Service location such as 7-Eleven. Inform the staff that you would like to pay for a bus ticket, then present the QR Code or Barcode for payment processing.
Note: Please bring your booking number or booking page for faster payment processing at the counter.
Important: After completing the payment, please keep the receipt as proof of payment. The receipt may be required to issue your bus ticket at the bus terminal.
